Terms & Conditions:
Please make sure you read, understood and accept to our terms & conditions prior to making a booking.
1. General
EHSAN ENTERPRISES LTD has the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice. Amended terms and conditions will be effective immediately on the website and customer (s) should accept the changes when making a booking.

Bookings
2.1 Alterations
No alteration can be made without any authorization once booking and airline tickets are confirmed
2.2 Payments
50% at the time of booking and Full Payment will be paid before departing to Journey.
2.3 Cancellation Policy:
Once RAMADAN and HAJJ bookings are confirmed NO refund will be given back in case of cancellations.
3. Hotels
3.1 Cancellations Policy, Standard of Hotels & their services
Please note that every hotel has its own cancellation policy and other guidelines. YOU may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation and no-show policy. We advise you to read the cancellation policy and other guidelines of the hotels carefully before making your booking at hotel information page.
By making a booking with a hotel, you agree and understand to the cancellation and other guidelines policy of that hotel including any extra terms and conditions (service charges) of the hotel that may apply to your booking or during your stay.
3.2 Map/Distance Disclaimer
As far as distance from the city centre and the location of the hotel is concerned, it is provided for indicative purposes only. We are not liable to confirm or prove the distance mentioned. Customer should contact us if they have any queries prior to booking.
3.3 Star ratings
EHSAN ENTERPRISES LTD is not responsible to any Star ratings provided by the Hotels advertised on our website. Star ratings are used to represent for the overall quality, level of service, food standard and range of facilities available in any given hotel management. The criteria of star ratings applied within each country are different depending on the specific requirements established by the relevant issuing body. It is provided to you for ONLY information purposes.

Please read the detailed description of the hotel for other hotel policies applicable for your stay.

Passport, Travel documents & other Belongings:
EHSAN ENTERPRISES LTD don’t take any responsibility for loss or damage of your luggage or other personal belongings including passport.
Customer is liable to check all the travel documents before departing to journey. Make sure you have obtained a visa to travel to your destinations (call to our member of staff for visa assistance).
Customer must have a valid passport for the travel period and the expiry date of your passport must be acceptable to the countries you are traveling to.

Passport and Visa Requirements
The information in this segment is valid for ONLY British Passport Holders. Non-British Citizens including EC nationals and other citizens should seek advice from the Embassy or consulate of their destination country or the HOME OFFICE Immigration Department about any specific traveling documents needed for the countries they are visiting or for return to the UK.
It is your responsibility to make sure with the relevant Embassy or Consulate to see whether the destination(s) that you are visiting and any transit points during the journey require obtaining a visa, especially if you do not hold a British Passport. If you fail to do so, you will be ONLY liable for any cost, loss or damage, which you or we incur, as a result of your cancellation of the trip.

Please note that specific requirements for specific countries can be complex and subject to change at short notice.

Travel Insurances
Our packages do not include any type of travel insurances so WE strongly advice our customers to take out travel insurance on their own prior to departure for their peace of mind.

Safety & Health Issues:
It is customer liability to complete all the health requirements prior to travelling. Customer should obtain all the essential advice from the doctor regarding immunisation or health check-ups required for the country to be travelled.

Complaints Procedure:
If customer (s) has any complains or issue, it must be reported to tour guide immediately. However, in the absence of the tour guide during the trip, it must be reported to the complain department of EHSAN ENTERPRISES LTD within 14 days from arrival date of your trip so that our team can deal with your complain & try to resolve or compensate it.
Our complain dept will try to resolve the problem during the trip but if there are some hysterical (out of control) then we will try to compensate you on your return.
If you are not satisfied with the service during your stay at your reserved hotel then you should report the problem to the Hotel staff.

Changes and Cancellations
9.1 By You:
You must call us in order to change or cancel your booking. All changes are subject to availability, limitations and restrictions of the relevant hotel or Flight.
The refundable amount of your booking (if any) will be refunded to you after deduction of relevant Hotel or flight cancellation fees once we receive it from Hotel supplier or airlines.
Customer (s) is also incurring our administration fees charges in case of cancellation.
If you wish to change or cancel any part of your booking, then only administration fee will apply.
9.2 Our Right to Cancel
EHSAN ENTERPRISES LTD reserves the right to cancel your hotel & flight booking if we have made a mistake in relation to the price or else. We will ensure that we inform you of such mistakes prior to your departure or Journey.

HAJJ Transport Services Guidelines
EHSAN ENTERPRISES LTD don't have any control over the timing & frequency of transport during Hajj as it is provided by the Saudi government.

Airlines Ticket Policy
11.1 Delays, Cancellations and alterations
EHSAN ENTERPRISES LTD don’t take any liabilities due to delayed, rescheduling or cancellation of airlines or flight anywhere around the world under any circumstances.
In the case of flight cancellation, your rights will be governed by the airline's guidelines. Consequently you may be permitted to: (a) carriage on another flight with the same airline without additional costs; (b) re-routing to your destination with another carrier without additional costs; (c) receiving a full refund.
Any changes to flight schedule may due to air traffic control restrictions, weather conditions, operational/maintenance requirements and the obligation for passengers to check in on time.
11.2 Airport Taxes
In some cases airfares do/may not include airport taxes, enforced by some airport authorities of the countries you’re travelling to. Customer will be required to pay them directly to the respective authorities.
11.3 Low Cost Flights
Generally low cost flights fares are non-refundable. If the reason for your cancellation is covered by the terms & conditions of your travel insurance policy you have taken out then you may be able to reclaim any applicable non-refunded fares or cancellation charges from the travel insurers.
12. Parental Responsibility
It is parents responsibility to take care of their children under 12 Years old during the trip.

Pregnancy & Children:
Children not already included on a valid British passport will require to hold their own passport if they are to travel abroad. Children who were included on a passport before 5 October 1998 may continue to travel with the passport holder until:
· The child reaches the age of 16; or
· The passport on which the child is included expires; or
· The passport on which the child is included is replaced or an amendment results in the issue of a new passport
Some airlines might decline to carry women who will be 28 weeks or more pregnant on the date of return travel, depending on the airlines’ guidelines you are travelling with, as their rules may change. Infants must be minimum 6 weeks old or more to travel by air and must either sit on an adult's lap or occupy an infant seat (depending on the airline policy).
Children aged 2 years or more must take up a seat and children must be under 2 years of age on the date of their return flight to be permitted for the infant fare level, which is usually 10% - 20% of the International Air Transport Association's (or IATA's) published fare and airline taxes.

Visa services Guidelines
These terms and conditions govern the provision of all and any services provided by us in respect of but not limited to the processing of visas, passports and/or documents for their clients and all orders placed by their clients are made and accepted subject to the terms hereinafter set out.
14.1 Passport and Visa Applications
EHSAN ENTERPRISES LTD will utilize its best effort to process applications for visas or passports at the customer’s request. However, we shall not undertake any liability for any actions of any consulate, embassy, or passport office in delaying or refusing any applications for any reason including (i) Incomplete application forms (ii) Incorrectly or falsely completed application forms
(iii) Incomplete or false supporting documentation.

In regard to Visa applications’ processing, time frames shown on our website are estimated only. Though WE do advice our customers to give sufficient time for visa processing and do not confirm any travel plans or tickets until your visa is issued. Visa application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and if your visa is refused by the Embassy then you could incur service charges.
The application for a visa may be REFUSED if the applicant FAILS to provide true and complete information on the form.
EHSAN ENTERPRISES LTD reserves the right to refuse in its total discretion to handle any application or carry any item at any time and no reason need to be given.
EHSAN ENTERPRISES LTD will not be responsible for any losses due to delays of any nature in visa processing and refusal of visa by the relevant authorities.
14.2 Passport and Visa Information
EHSAN ENTERPRISES LTD gives carefully compiled visa and passport information in good faith on the express understanding that the given information is the interpretation of any or all information provided by respective embassies, consulates or passport offices at any or all times. We will not accept any kind of liability for any errors and/or omissions in the information.
The regulations of the obtained visa should be strictly followed; otherwise, the applicant shall be responsible for all consequences arising afterward.
Any type of Work or of Fund raising is not permitted/ prohibited on visitor visa.
14.3 Passport and Visa Validity
It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the validity of the obtained visa/passport includes and covers the periods of time in which the customer plans to enter and leave the visiting country/countries. In addition visa includes the number of entries to that country is valid for the purpose intended.
14.4 Loss or damages
EHSAN ENTERPRISES LTD will not accept any liability for any passports/documents misplaced, damaged, delayed or destroyed by a consulate, embassy or passport office.
We will not take any liability for loss/delay/damage parcel when using a Postal service.
14.5 Ticket Purchase
WE advice customers not to purchase tickets prior to the visa/passport being issued unless it is a specific obligation for that consulate/embassy and in such cases ONLY open tickets should be bought. Otherwise WE will not hold any responsibility for any travel expense or charges incur due to any reasons.
14.6 Service Charges
EHSAN ENTERPRISES LTD reserves the right to increase our service charges for Visa/Passport services at any time without prior notice.
14.7 Payments
EHSAN ENTERPRISES LTD reserves the right to retain all passports and documents until payment of the service provided is received in full.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
